Seattle 1999 or so...


Saw this guy quite a few years back when I was in Seattle. I was at a free concert downtown and this guy walked buy, he looked
like a character from a David Lynch film....

Very funny. Yeah he does look David Lynchy. It's cool that you can notice everyday things and make them into art. That takes talent and a good eye.
